Putting aside advices of appointed constitutional representatives without explaining why and the impediment to supervision of the suitability and effectiveness of its personnel, financial, and material management. So it is about the fact that rulers obstruct the giving of a realistic account of their policies.
Why is an inadequate inspection and not giving account so harmful?
As soon as supervising authorities are no longer able to perform their tasks the way they should it is unknown what the real financial situation of the country is and which steps will have to be taken to restore the original situation. Thus, the country may slip further into a downward movement. Consequently, everybody suffers by means of increased taxes, less purchasing power, fewer government services, etc. The causes are not being eliminated by ignorance of the size of the real damage leading to further deterioration of the situation.
