Government officials who do not observe the agreements with the community and their local and international partners undermine the confidence in the fact that these promises and agreements which have been agreed on can be trusted.

Why is neither keeping of promises nor sticking to agreements by the government unacceptable?

The government represents the general interest of civilians. Agreements, protocols, etc. made with the government are appointments which are meant to be conducive to general interest. Not keeping these promises directly affects their execution. Thus, the government harms the confidence its partners will have during other agreements. This is disastrous for the community’s development.
